121 AUXILIARY

Serving Staten Island with Dedication and Pride

Welcome

Welcome to the official website of the 121st Precinct NYPD Auxiliary. As a vital part of the NYPD's volunteer force, we are committed to enhancing the safety and quality of life in Staten Island. Our trained volunteers work alongside police officers to help keep our community safe, serving as the "eyes and ears" of law enforcement.

About Us

The NYPD Auxiliary Police Program is the nation's largest volunteer policing program. At the 121st Precinct, our Auxiliary officers are dedicated community members who contribute their time and effort to support the NYPD in protecting Staten Island's neighborhoods.

What We Do:

  • Patrol residential and commercial areas.
  • Assist with traffic and crowd control during parades, festivals, and other events.
  • Provide extra security during emergencies and disasters.
  • Serve as a liaison between the NYPD and the Staten Island community.

By volunteering, Auxiliary officers help deter crime and improve the overall sense of safety in our borough.
